Petroleum Products Density Tester

SYD-1884 Petroleum products density tester is suitable to determine density of crude petroleum and petroleum products.

Purpose and scope

The instrument is designed and made as per GB/T1884-2000 Test Methods for Density of Petroleum Oils and Liquid Petroleum Products (Density Meter Method). It is suitable to determine density of petroleum oils and liquid petroleum products.

II. Working condition

1. Ambient temperature: -10 °C~+40 °C; The temperature fluctuation should not be more than 2 °C.

2. Relative humidity: ≤85%;

3. The instrument should be put on a flat workbench during tests. The air draft in the working environment should be as small as possible.

4. Please keep the instrument in a dry area when it is not used.

5. The power supply for the instrument is single phase three wires. The power supply should have fine grounding end.

2. Bath cubage: 300 mm×340 mm;

3. Test tube: 500 ml;

4. Heating power: 700 W, 1000 W;

5. Temperature controller:

(1) Temperature controlling range: 0 °C~100 °C;

(2) Temperature controlling accuracy: ±0.2 °C;

(3) Temperature sensor: Industrial platinum resistance; its scale number is Pt100;

6. Thermometer: It is a total immersed mercury thermometer having scale division of 0.2 °C.
